At IN YOUR SHOE, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
